3. Do customers worry about the camera?
We have had no questions about LaneHawk. Its limited field of view, focus on the bottom of the cart, and recognition only of items in its database mean it is virtually impossible to capture and store an image of an individual (and no, it cannot see up skirts, etc.).

4. Are cashiers worried LaneHawk will reduce jobs?
We have heard no concerns from cashiers about LaneHawk. On the contrary, LaneHawk is perceived by cashiers as a tool that can help speed up BOB transactions, and reduce the amount of lifting and handling of these items.
